Currently a MFT and PCC trainee due to graduate August 28, 2022 from California Baptist University with an M.S. in Counseling Psychology. Working in my practicum at Life Source Affordable Counseling and Training Institute. Trained in Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), Level 1 Gottman Method, and soon to be trained in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).
